Whole House Remodel + Addition Project - Pataskala, Ohio

This home was built by and has always been in my client's family, so it was really important to be sensitive and respectful to the original house.  Situated on beautiful farmland, this home was built in the 1920's; originally built "nail by nail", as the first owner could afford it.

The original house was kept mostly intact, we just spruced up the style and colors a bit.

The kitchen stayed in the same location, but we removed the original breakfast nook to maximize the kitchen space...and the beautiful view!

The home was "opened up", but in a careful way.  The new arches mimic the original ones and while the spaces are more open to each other, we still maintained the scale and style of the existing spaces.

A new garage, mudroom, and second floor master were added to the house.
